looking for legal advice - tickets, debt - representing legal entity in Quebec, Quebec

I have unpaid parking tickets that I am having some difficulty resolving. The only two options provided to me to even begin negociation involve paying the MTL courts and are not concrete. My worry involves the fact that even presenting myself at court runs the risk of unwittingly entering into a contract to pay these tickets or unwittingly agreeing to represent my legal entity to which these tickets were charged.

I also have student debt that has defaulted and to which I am having difficulties paying.

I would like council regarding dealing with this branch of law (statutes, tickets...)
and find out about the viability of referring these debts to my legal person-hood or entity:
I am referring to the paper entity created upon birth registration to which all debts and tickets are assigned (entity who's name begins with Mister and is always CAPITALIZED).

If anyone has expertise in regards to legal conventions / etiquette in regards to this please contact me. I would be willing to pay. All information I have discovered has not been confirmed by a professional and I would like to verify it..

Thank you!
